An open-source reimplementation of Bullfrog’s 1997 Theme Hospital that recreates the original campaign while adding modern OS support, HD/4K, zooming, custom campaigns and QoL features. The upstream README describes a reimplementation of Theme Hospital that faithfully recreates the original and adds modern platform support. It states most original features work and the full campaign can be completed. No REA involvement is claimed. Original Theme Hospital graphics/sound/data required (CD, GOG or EA). Some original features still missing (multiplayer/LAN, AI hospitals, rats, certain videos/art). Submitter reviewed public README/license only; we have not independently tested it.
