The upstream README describes matching PS2 engine decompilation with progress tracking, states no game data is shipped, and explicitly notes sister gt4-native is not playable. No REA involvement is claimed.

No game data included; BYO legal GT4 copy for builds. Matching PS2 code does not yield a playable PC remake; gt4-native is a separate unplayable experiment. We have not independently tested it.
