Relationship
Independent reimplementation

Evidence scope
The upstream README describes a function-by-function TypeScript port (not an emulator) whose routines were reverse-engineered from the 68010 disassembly and tested against MAME, and documents its Ghidra/MAME method. No REA involvement is claimed.

Know before you try
Requires user-supplied MAME ROM ZIPs. Audio is not globally bit-perfect, attract/insert-coin audio is unfinished, and known bugs remain. Small single-maintainer project. We have not independently tested it.

Status
Research-grade; gameplay and level progression work

License
MIT
Marble Love code is MIT (see NOTICE and THIRD_PARTY.md); Marble Madness ROMs and Atari IP remain with rights holders.
